We process your details exclusively when you give us clear consent. By filling out our contact forms or initiating a message through our linked WhatsApp, email, or social media handles, you consent to our processing of your data solely for that communication loop and inquiry evaluation.
3. Third-Party Ecosystem & Security
We value your trust and never sell or trade your contact logs. To manage day-to-day website operations and security, your data interacts securely with:
- Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify genuine human interactions and provide anti-bot protection without compromising your privacy.
- Meta Platforms / Social Media Channels: When you choose to reach out to us via linked WhatsApp or social media handles, messages are processed through their respective secure communication networks.
4. Data Retention & Your Rights as a Data Principal
We do not retain your data indefinitely. If you make an inquiry but do not enter into a formal client engagement with Stratalytix Marketing Solutions LLP, your lead contact records are securely deleted after 1 year (365 days).
Under Indian law (DPDP Act), you have the following rights:
- Right to Access & Correction: You can request to see what details we hold or correct inaccuracies.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can ask us to completely wipe your web lead record from our databases at any time.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can tell us to stop contacting you via phone, email, or messaging channels as easily as you signed up.

5. Security Safeguards
We implement necessary physical and digital security controls (including SSL site encryption) to safeguard your inbound contact entries from leaks, data loss, or unauthorized viewing.
